Kevin Zietz worked for more than eight years with the law firm Kingsley and Kingsley, APC handling disability, life, and health insurance claims, in addition to major personal injury and wage and hour class action litigation. Mr. Zietz started his own law firm in January 2012, focusing on disability, life, and health insurance claims that have been denied. The largest part of Mr. Zietz’s practice involves ERISA disability claims because most employees obtain their disability insurance through a group plan offered by their employer.
